💼 Position Overview – What You’ll Do:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Hudson, you’ll work 1:1 with children in school-based and early learning environments across the Pasco-Hernando region.

You’ll:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs


• Collect data on client progress and report it clearly and consistently


• Support social, functional, and academic skill development


• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school personnel


• Assist with assessments and treatment adjustments

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT Certification (or willingness to complete certification process)


• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred


• Daytime availability (school-based schedule)


• Excellent communication, reliability, and teamwork

(Caseloads primarily located in the Pasco-Hernando area—centrally scheduled for reduced travel)
