Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) In -Home Services

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide full -time, in -home ABA services to a client in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

This role offers a consistent weekday schedule of 30 hours per week, which is classified as full -time in accordance with company policy. It is an excellent opportunity for an RBT who enjoys building strong therapeutic relationships, working independently in a home setting, and partnering closely with families while receiving strong clinical support from a supervising BCBA.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
  

• 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
  

• In -home services only
  

• Consistent, full -time schedule (30 hours/week)
  

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
  

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  

• Collect and document accurate session data
  

• Support communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills
  

• Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team members
  

• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times
  

This is a non -exempt, hourly position, paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
