School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Contract Position for 2023-2024 School Year:

ProCare Therapy is in search of a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year. As a contracted W2 employee, you will play a crucial role in providing essential behavioral support to students in the Kalamazoo, MIarea. Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders.
Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.

Requirements:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders preferred
