About the Role

We’re hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and community settings across Land O’ Lakes and nearby areas. You’ll implement behavior plans, track client progress, and work side-by-side with BCBAs and allied professionals to help individuals thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs


• Deliver 1:1 ABA services in public and private school settings


• Collect accurate data and communicate client progress


• Assist with functional behavior assessments


• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Professional Development

• Ongoing clinical training and mentorship


• Practicum cohorts for aspiring BCBAs


• Supervision from practicum-approved BCBAs


• Centralized caseloads within ~20 minutes of your preferred work area


• Opportunities to earn unrestricted/restricted hours for certification


• Experience across diverse learning environments (public/private/early learning)
