💼 What You’ll Do as an RBT:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in school and early learning settings in the Pasco-Hernando region


• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by a supervising BCBA


• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress


• Assist with skill acquisition, social skills groups, and behavior reduction goals


• Work closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure collaborative, coordinated care

📚 RBT Development Opportunities:

• Clinical supervision for career advancement (for those pursuing BCaBA/BCBA)


• Group learning cohorts & peer mentorship


• Supervision hours toward certification (restricted & unrestricted)

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or eligibility to obtain)


• Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred


• Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about ABA


• Availability to work during school hours (daytime shifts)
