Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Opportunity to Make a Difference

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Forest City, PA. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA to address the specific needs of each client.
• Provide direct therapy to clients in home, school, or munity settings.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using defined measurement procedures.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment for clients.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other members of the therapy team.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement therapy techniques effectively.

• Physical Demands: Ability to engage in physical activities with clients, including bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
