Location: Richton Park, IL, 60471

Position Details:

  Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide direct behavior intervention services to students

  
  


• 
  

  Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

  
  


• 
  

  Collect data and track progress for individual students

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in developing skills that enhance students' independence

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student needs

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  RBT Certification

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work as part of a team

  
  


• 
  

  Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
