💼 Position Overview – What You’ll Do:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Spring Hill, you’ll work 1:1 with children in school-based and early learning environments in the Pasco-Hernando region.

You’ll:

• Deliver behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs


• Collect and report client data accurately and consistently


• Support social skills development and behavioral goals


• Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and your clinical team


• Assist in assessments and ongoing treatment planning

🎯 Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or eligibility)


• Prior experience with children, individuals with autism, or in education/therapy roles preferred


• Availability during daytime/school hours


• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
