About the Role
As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs created by a supervising BCBA.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Following treatment and behavior intervention plans
Collecting and tracking session data
Supporting skill development and promoting positive behavior
Sharing progress with your clinical team

Requirements
High school diploma
At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
Interest in behavioral health
Willingness to complete RBT training/certification if not already certified
$25 - $35 an hour
