$10,000 signing bonus!!                         Pay Range:  $165,000 - $187,000 per year DOE

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, motivated registered engineer with management experience to serve as Head of our Civil Engineering Department and be a member of the Executive Management Team.  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. 

Required Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering


• California Registration (RCE)


• Ten years minimum experience managing employees, projects, clients and contracts


• Fifteen years minimum experience in civil design utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D


• Excellent skills utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Experience with local agency requirements and regulations


• Ability to manage a team independently, develop strong client relationships, and possess advanced skills in critical thinking and judgement

Desirable Experience:

• Grading and Improvement Plan design


• Electric utility design


• Public agency projects


• QSD, QSP Certification
