Registered Client Associate

We're looking for a Registered Client Associate :

• provide exceptional client service
• manage the client onboarding process by gathering the correct information and documentation required to open new accounts
• represent your team by serving as the key point of contact for operations, compliance and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner
• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• provide daily operational support to clients, fielding calls and answering questions
• educate clients on account services and capabilities that UBS has to offer
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings

Your team

You'll be working with the Rice Temple Wealth Management team in Northbrook.
We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a client associate you'll play an important role in day to day operations.

Your expertise

• previous experience in client service, within the financial services
• strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills
• eager to learn, results oriented, a self-starter, motivated, independent, goal oriented
• proven track record of success, responsibility and attention to detail
• sense of urgency and purpose within an ever-changing environment
• ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment, natural inclination to customer service
• S7 and S66 (or equivalent) required as well as 2+ years of experience in financial services
• bachelor's degree required
