As a valued RDA team member, you’ll:

• 
  

  Welcome patients and help them feel at ease from the moment they arrive

  
  


• 
  

  Assist dentists during various clinical procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Take accurate, high-quality digital X-rays

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients on treatments and aftercare

  
  


• 
  

  Perform polishing and sealant placement (if certified)

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment

  
  


• 
  

  Manage patient scheduling and documentation with care

  
  


• 
  

  Create a positive and welcoming experience for every patient

  
  

• 
  

  Active Texas RDA License

  
  


• 
  

  Certifications in Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing (or willingness to complete training)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong digital charting and X-ray skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Positive, team-first attitude with a keen attention to detail
