What You'll Do

As a Registered Dental Assistant, you are the backbone of our clinical excellence and patient comfort. Your key responsibilities include:

  Patient Care: Greet and seat patients, review medical histories, and ensure they feel comfortable and informed.

  
  


• 
  

  Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures with instrument passing, material mixing, and suction management.

  
  


• 
  

  Clinical Safety: Maintain high standards of sterilization and infection control following OSHA and CDC protocols.

  
  


• 
  

  Radiography: Capture and process high-quality dental X-rays.

  
  


• 
  

  Documentation: Accurately record treatment details and patient notes in our dental software.

  
  


• 
  

  Office Flow: Monitor/restock supplies and assist the front office when needed-we are a team-first environment!

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  License: Must be a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or currently in the process of obtaining your RDA license.

  
  


• 
  

  Certifications: Valid Infection Control Certificate and California Dental Practice Act completion.

  
  


• 
  

  Skills: Valid X-ray license (required).

  
  


•
