What You Will Do

• Provide exceptional hygiene care including cleanings, full-mouth debridement, and periodontal therapy
• Perform comprehensive periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and patient health assessments
• Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care in a way that actually connects with them
• Document treatment accurately and efficiently
• Partner with the doctor and team to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience
• Build genuine long-term relationships with your patient base

What We Are Looking For

• Active Texas Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
• Private practice experience strongly preferred
• Gentle, thorough, and passionate about preventive care
• Strong communicator who connects easily with patients of all ages
• Reliable, professional, and a true team player
• Proficiency in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar practice management software preferred
