A -Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a modern, technology -driven private dental practice in Las Vegas that is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join their growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and building lasting patient relationships in a supportive, team -oriented environment. Compensation

• $60.00–$65.00 per hour (DOE)

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
• Saturday: By Appointment Only
  
• Sunday: Closed
  

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments.
  
• Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and fluoride treatments.
  
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
  
• Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.
  
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance.
  
• Utilize modern dental technology to enhance patient care.
  
• Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist License.
  
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
  
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast -paced, team -oriented environment.
  
• Experience with Open Dental is preferred but not required.
  
• Comfortable using digital radiography and modern dental technology.
