Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Summary:
We are hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established dental practice in Oakland, CA. This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule in a modern practice that values quality patient care and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and deep cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and other hygiene services
• Conduct comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans
• Take, process, and review dental radiographs as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while following all infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure seamless, high-quality care

• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental best practices
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team
