What You'll Do

• Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans


• Monitor residents' nutritional needs and progress


• Collaborate with nurses, therapy staff, providers, and dietary services


• Support compliance with nutrition and regulatory standards


• Provide nutrition education and guidance to staff and residents


• Help improve resident health, wellness, and quality outcomes

What You'll Need

• Registered Dietitian credential


• Clinical nutrition experience preferred


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Knowledge of long-term care or rehabilitation settings


• Passion for improving resident health and well-being
