Registered Dietitian (40% remote)

Join our dynamic team at RD Nutrition Consultants LLC, a leading Dietitian Nutritionist Consulting firm providing expert services to healthcare facilities nationwide. We are currently looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to be a part of our growing team. 

Schedule: 35-40 hrs/week; Monday-Friday during business hours (two days remote; three days on-site).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans that consider participants' medical conditions, cultural preferences, and dietary needs.
  


• Provide education and counseling on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and managing chronic diseases through diet.
  


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on the interdisciplinary team to ensure participants receive coordinated care.
  


• Monitor participants' nutritional status and make adjustments to their plans as needed.
  


• Document all care provided.
  


• Adheres to all facility policy and procedure. 
  


• Performs necessary organizational and administrative duties
  

Requirements: 

• Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  


• Experience within the elderly population.
  


• Strong oral and written communication skills.
  


• Experience with electronic documentation and menu systems
  


• Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Clients as needed.
