Registered Home Care Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Home Care Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients in Farmington Hills, MI, and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized healthcare services in patients' homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions in their home environment.


• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.


• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.


• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families.


• Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers regarding health management and disease prevention.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatments.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards for home healthcare.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Previous experience in home health nursing preferred.


• Strong clinical skills and excellent patient care abilities.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Reliable transportation for travel within Farmington Hills and surrounding areas.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
