Responsibilities:

Demonstrate excellent patient/client relations skills, e.g.,

Respond to requests for assistance from colleagues in a positive, helpful manner

Assist with ensuring narcotics logs are kept up to date. Responsible for assisting with weekly narcotic counts.

Responsible for ensuring sterilization equipment machine checks are completed on a monthly basis.

Responsible for ensuring needed supplies are ordered and stocked as needed.

Utilizes the nursing process and accepts responsibility in the administration of direct nursing care to patients in accordance with nursing/clinic policies, procedures and standards according to the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory agencies. Acts as a resource to co-workers.

Obtains data necessary to deliver quality patient care from patient history, vital signs, charts, interviews, observations, physical assessment, etc., while assuring the safety, comfort and well- being of the patient.





Requirements

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


​Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.




EXPERIENCE:

One year of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting preferred.





CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:


Possession of a current State of Arizona Registered Nurse license.


CPR certification.


ACLS or PALS certification preferred.
