ARAS Limited LLC is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our DRIPBaR team in Austin, Texas.

*Applicants MUST be able to commit to Saturdays: 10am - 6pm.*

We provide our customers with the latest, highest quality vitamin therapy that delivers essential nutrients right at the cellular level for maximum absorption plus some of the latest wellness elevations such as Halo therapy, Red Light therapy, Infrared sauna and Normatec compression sleeves and so much more!

The DRIPBaR is an IV vitamin therapy Company. Our registered nurses administer only the purest and highest quality of ingredients, including fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants designed to help our clients reach and maintain optimal health and wellness.

As a DRIPBaR registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IV infusion therapy, monitoring clients during and after treatment, and providing the necessary education on treatment regimen, condition management, and follow-up when applicable.

The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:

•  Exceptional IV insertion skills (Non-negotiable).

Impeccable client service and bedside manner.

Comfortable with all IV and IM related services.

Meets all state requirements.

Stellar verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional ethics and integrity.

Ability to work independently or with a team.

Preferred Critical Care clinical nursing experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Always represent DRIPBaR LLC professionally

Arrive at company office/client location on time, appropriately dressed (uniformed attire), and with a desire to deliver clients with an exceptional experience

Establish a positive rapport with clients.

Consult with customers in person or on the phone regarding the proper treatment needed to best meet their needs.

Communicate with management or Doctor when needed to make sure client safety is always implemented.

Can maintain nursing supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and communicating low inventory to management.

Performs venipuncture, placement of peripheral IV's, IM and SubQ shots.

Clean and maintain Infusion room & sterile hood for compounding.

Documenting therapy details in patient charts using Electronic Health Record.

Obtain and record vital signs.

Prepare IV, IM, and SubQ vitamins for administration with appropriate technique.

Inserting, monitoring, and removing IV.

Various Office and Customer Service duties include verifying the correct forms are filled out and complete, reviewing health history forms, and providing excellent customer service.

Ensure to follow the Downtime requirements by management when client volume is low.

Ensure excellence at all steps of the sales funnel.

Help generate marketing ideas and communicate them to Management.

Provide timely communication to management of days needing off.

Ensure to meet the monthly shift requirements in order to keep your status current.

Provide regular constructive FEEDBACK to the manager in order to help guide performance.

Rotating Holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day).

Requirements

Must be highly skilled in IV placement

Must have 1 year experience in daily IV placement with 3 years of RN experience preferred

Must follow directions well, and be proficient in multitasking

Access to reliable transportation

Able to work collaboratively with co-workers and clients

Able to work independently in all care settings

Able to meet attendance, punctuality, and other reliability standards of the position

Weekly schedule options:

2 shifts per week minimum and must have Saturday availability.

Must have 3yrs minimum nursing with ER heavily preferred, will consider ICU and Pre-op experience as well.

Medical Specialty:

Emergency Department or Critical Care experience highly preferred

•  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred)

•  Nursing: 3 years (Preferred)

BLS Certification (Required)

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
