Position Overview:
Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to individualized care plans while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and progress accurately.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their comfort.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state/federal regulations.
• Provide clear, timely documentation in EHR systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active Rhode Island RN license.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, medication administration, and care plan implementation.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
