Position Summary
The Registered Nurse will support the Nurse Outreach Program by providing field-based care and assessments to individuals experiencing homelessness, ensuring quality and compassionate health services across NYC.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct medical assessments in the field
• Evaluate clients under MHY Law 9.37 and 9.58
• Document medical findings and submit shift reports
Required Qualifications
• Active NYS RN license
• Experience in psychiatric or emergency settings preferred
• Excellent communication skills
