Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and document patient histories.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and ensure adherence to care standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring their effects on patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and provide emotional support to patients and families.

• Current RN license in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience in a clinical environment preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification may be preferred for specialty areas.
