Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal care
• Respond effectively to emergencies and trauma cases
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocols

Qualifications:

Education:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Licensure & Certifications:

• Current Nevada RN License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 14 days of hire (AHA required)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of hire

Experience:

• Previous Emergency Room or Critical Care experience preferred

Shift Details:

• 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule
• Flexible scheduling based on department needs
