Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patients' conditions and document progress in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and quality standards to promote patient safety.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with nursing best practices.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
