The Community/Public Health Registered Nurse Job Description:

• The Community Health Nurse (CHN) develops and provides a broad range of community health nursing services. The CHN serves as a member of the Health Management Team and assists the Public Health Nurse Manager in providing direct supervision and consultation in the operation of community health services, CDC guidelines, and infection control.
  

The Community/Public Health Registered Nurse Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess current RN license in the State of Wisconsin or have reciprocity with Wisconsin if licensed in another state
  


• Previous experience in nutrition, health, and wellness is preferred
  


• Advanced Public Health Nurse – Board Certified (APHN-BC) is preferred
