How you will make an impact: 

Vista Prairie at Ridgeway is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all residents through assessments and reassessment, development and implementation of appropriate service plans and plans of care, monitoring resident services, supervision of staff, and on-going staff training.  As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will also complete an initial, face-to-face comprehensive assessment of prospective/new residents and develop a proposed service plan. You will also conduct or delegate the completion of assessments as resident conditions change. Imagine the smiles on the faces of our residents when you help them achieve their best.

Schedule: This is a Full-time, Days, Monday through Friday, Rotating On-call.

What you will need: 

• We Welcome New Grads!
• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing required
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
