In partnership with Ascension Recovery Services, at THRIVE NOW RECOVERY CENTER, we support individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders through compassionate, evidence-based care. We’re hiring Registered Nurses to join our team in Pleasant Hill, Iowa, with full-time and PRN options available.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer medications and provide routine and emergent patient care.


• Support patient admissions, discharges, and daily treatment planning.


• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and therapists to ensure integrated care.


• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and medication records.


• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients.

What You Bring:

• Active RN license in Iowa or a compact state.


• Experience in mental health, addiction treatment, or residential care preferred.


• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).


• Compassion, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Available Schedules:

• Full-Time: 3x12 hour shifts (Day or Overnight)


• PRN: Flexible coverage including weekends
