The Role You Play - Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Pawnee Mental Health Services, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to clients, support medication management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive the best possible care.

The Day-to-Day

• Administer medications and monitor client responses.
• Conduct health assessments and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate clients and families about medications, treatments, and healthy living practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in care planning and client progress reviews.

Required

1. Current, unencumbered Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) certification
2. Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language
3. At least 2 years' nursing experience
4. Basic personal computing skills

Preferred

1. BSN strongly preferred
2. Bi-lingual capabilities
3. Experience with Microsoft Office software
