Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to join our healthcare team at Timber Lane Pediatrics in South Burlington.

Candidate must have some phone support experience.

Applicant will integrate with our pediatric care team to provide Patient-Centered Care.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team in a primary care setting. Your core skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support will be vital in ensuring patient safety and well-being. With premium skills in critical care experience and familiarity with EHR systems like Epic and Cerner, you will effectively manage patient records and treatment plans. Your ability to engage in motivational interviewing and provide comprehensive nursing care will enhance patient outcomes and foster a supportive environment for healing.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients under the supervision of a registered physician.
• Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, health history, and medication reconciliation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support patient adherence to treatment plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

The ideal candidate should have two (2) years of experience in a primary care setting, with a basic understanding of Advanced Care. Motivational Interviewing, team and independent work, with diversified populations also preferred.
