Job Summary: We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse who will assist other healthcare professionals in both administrative and clinical settings to join our team! The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload in a fast-paced pediatric office environment.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks and clinical duties including but not limited to obtaining and recording cc and patient medical histories in our eCW EMR, receiving and triaging phone calls
• Preparing patients for examination, taking vitals, performing testing for flu, strep, COVID, performing urinalysis, vision screening
• Preparing treatment rooms for clinical examinations
• Counseling patients by transmitting physicians’ orders and questions about the treatment
• Administering immunizations to and collecting specimens from infant children and teens, ages newborn to 21 years of age
• Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, etc.
• Aides staff, physicians, and other faculty as needed
• Performs additional job-related duties as assigned
