Registered Nurse

Description of the role:

As a Registered Nurse at Regency Care of Silver Spring, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician


• Assess and monitor patient's conditions and report changes


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the development and implementation of care plans


• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland


• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care setting


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
