Description of the role:

Join our team at University Home Care in Saline, MI as a Registered Nurse. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in home settings, supporting individuals with their healthcare needs. We need a nurse that can do 12 hours shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments


• Develop and implement care plans


• Administer medications


• Collaborate with healthcare team members


• Provide education to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in Michigan


• Previous experience in a clinical setting


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
