Your New Role:

We're looking for a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver outstanding care in our cardiac cath lab and med-surg care units. This is your chance to work with a tight-knit, high-performing team in a fast-paced clinical setting where your skills truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care through the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)

• Rotate between nursing duties

• Document patient care and procedural images thoroughly and accurately

• Act as a liaison with physicians, patients, and families during the care process

• Lead and support nursing staff in maintaining high standards of care

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, Iowa Nurse Practice Act, and JCAHO guidelines

What You Need to Succeed:

• Active RN license in Iowa or a multistate license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Certifications required: BCLS, ACLS, Iowa Mandatory Reporter (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse)

• Minimum 2 years bedside nursing experience in a hospital setting

• Preferred background in Emergency, Cath Lab, Med-Surg, or ICU
