Registered Nurse

Haven Home Health is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Orlando, FL team. This position provides Monday–Friday home health field visits with a supportive team and an excellent work environment.

Position: Full-Time Home Health RN
Location: Orlando, FL and surrounding areas 
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-Time Field Role)

About the Role

As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while collaborating closely with our clinical leadership team. You will complete start-of-care assessments, routine visits, and ongoing patient education to support patient-centered care. Our new AI documentation tools make charting faster, easier, and more personalized for both you and your patients.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license


• Minimum 1 year of skilled Medicare home health experience using OASIS (required)


• Experience with Kinnser EMR is a plus


• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care


• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
