Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in St. Clair Shores, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being through personalized and attentive support. This case is 40 hours a week, 3 times a day. Starting time can be flexible. You can go early morning or mid/late afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns promptly.


• Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.


• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with company policies.


• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during home visits.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in St. Clair Shores, MI.
