Registered Nurse

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM


• Setting: Home Health – Skilled nursing visits under physician orders


• Service Area: Kent, WA, and surrounding areas

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in Washington State


• Home Health expeirence preferred


• Willing to train the right candidate


• Team player with a great attitude and a caring heart


• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes


• Develop individualized care plans in coordination with the physician and care team


• Complete accurate and timely documentation


• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
