Overview

We are seeking an experienced Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent night shift position in Canton, Texas. This is a strong secondary market that performs well for nurses seeking higher night-shift pay, autonomy, and consistent scheduling in post-acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care during overnight shifts.

• Perform resident assessments and clinical decision-making.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Respond to overnight clinical issues and emergencies.

• Coordinate with on-call providers and leadership as needed.

• Supervise LVNs and CNAs as applicable.

• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Required

• Active, unencumbered Texas RN license.

• Ability to work consistent overnight shifts.

• Strong assessment and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab experience.

• Prior night shift or charge nurse experience.
