Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Saline, MI. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and comfort while supporting their independence. We are look for some Registered nurse that can do a morning or afternoon shift full time.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Monitor and document patient health status and progress.


• Coordinate patient care and communicate with healthcare providers and family members.


• Provide patient and family education regarding health management and disease prevention.


• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.


• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.


• Previous home care or clinical nursing experience preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Saline, MI.
