Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at University Home Care Inc, you will provide compassionate and professional nursing care to patients in their home environment. You will play a vital role in assessing patient health, developing care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The schedule is the following: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 12 to 16 hour shift starting in the morning.  

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health status and develop individualized nursing care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.


• Monitor patient progress and document all nursing care activities.


• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.


• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease management.


• Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in home health or related setting.


• Strong clinical and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
