Registered Nurse

We are looking for RN Case Managers to be part of our wonderful team to support our continued growth. We are seeking talented and compassionate nurses that want to make a significant difference in the lives of their patients. The registered nurse plans, organizes and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Home Health experience 
  


• Adult/Geriatric experience 
  


• WellSky/Kinnser experience
  


• Will accept BLS (AHA) or BLS
  


• CPR
