Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Saline, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and comfort while supporting their independence. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to create and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and assessments in patients’ homes.


• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.


• Monitor patients’ health status and report changes to healthcare providers.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Educate patients and families on disease management and health maintenance.


• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a related field.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• CPR certification.
