Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Livonia and surrounding areas of MI. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being while promoting independence and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and company policies.


• Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and document patient progress.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and home care strategies.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.


• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Michigan.


• Previous home health or related nursing experience preferred.


• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the Livonia area.
