Registered Nurse

A hospital outside Butte, Montana is seeking Registered Nurses to join its growing clinical team! 

Pay: $30.31-$58.63 / hourly 

Registered Nurse Opportunity: 

• Multiple openings available in Med/Surg and Circulator (Operating Room) departments 
  
  


• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire positions 
  
  


• Med/Surg schedule: 0.9 FTE (approximately 36 hours per week); Circulator schedule: four 10-hour shifts with call requirements 
  
  


• Sign-on bonuses available up to $10,000, plus retention bonuses up to $30,000 for qualifying candidates

Registered Nurse Responsibilities: 

• Provide professional nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients 
  
  


• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care 
  
  


• Educate and advocate for patients and families throughout the care continuum 
  
  


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards 
  
  


• Support patient care needs within either the Medical/Surgical Unit or Surgical Services department 
  
  

Registered Nurse Qualifications: 

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred 
  
  


• Current Montana RN license required 
  
  


• Current BLS certification required 
  
  


• ACLS and PALS required (or obtainable within required timeframe, depending on department) 
  
  


• Previous acute care and/or perioperative nursing experience preferred
