Registered Nurse Opportunity:

• Full-time, temp-to-perm position
  
  


• Schedule: Option of working 4, 10 hour shifts, or 5, 8 hour shifts
  
  


• Provide individualized in-home palliative care to patients with serious, chronic, or life-limiting conditions, building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
  
  


• Independently coordinate and manage daily patient visits based on individual care needs, geographic location, and program requirements while maintaining flexibility and efficient time management.
  
  

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse License
  
  


• BLS/CPR Certification
  
  


• Registered Nurse experience is preferred, but not required
