Registered Nurse - (Acute), PRN Varied Hours, $43.60 per hour, Diff $3.00-$5.00

Description

We are looking for a PRN Registered Nurse to join our acute care team! You will be responsible for the organization and evaluation of direct nursing care for our patients.

PRN Pay: $43.60 per hour. Eligible for shift differentials.

Shift Differentials:

Weekday Nights - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $3.00 per hour

Weekend Days - Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm - $3.50 per hour

Weekend Nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $5.00 per hour

Requirements

Degree or Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited learning institution. Minimum of three years work experience in direct nursing care is preferred.

Active Colorado RN license required.

• Demonstrated knowledge, skill and understanding of nurse role in a critical care facility.

• Knowledge of gerontology, rehabilitative or psychiatric nursing.

• Ability to operate general office equipment including computer software applications (e-mail, surveillance equipment/cameras, scheduling software, accessing required documents).

• Demonstrated ability to recognize and respond to opportunities for improvement through continual learning, changes in approach based on situation and professional practice behavior.

• Knowledge of care-based practices (creating care plans, leading team meetings).

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, other agencies, employees and administration.
