We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and experienced Registered Nurses to join state‑run inpatient psychiatric hospitals in Fort Logan (Denver) and Pueblo, Colorado, on a three‑year contract.
In this role, you will provide direct care to patients with complex mental health needs—including individuals diagnosed with personality disorders—within secure, therapeutic inpatient environments. You’ll work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to deliver trauma‑informed, recovery‑focused care that supports long‑term stability and wellbeing.
Deliver safe, evidence‑based psychiatric nursing care
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Support crisis intervention, de‑escalation, and behavioural management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on individualised care plans
Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
Promote patient dignity, engagement, and therapeutic relationships
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Competitive pay: $45–$65 USD per hour (based on experience and specialty)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
NCLEX‑RN passed (or actively preparing)
