Registered Nurse - Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our healthcare team. Travel Experience Required: Yes

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in patient care, preferably in medical-surgical or primary care settings.
• Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols and practices.
• Familiarity with utilization management processes and discharge planning strategies.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to nursing practice.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
