How you will contribute

You will make a difference in our patient’s lives by planning, directing, and delivering safe patient care. This professional nurse has the opportunity to make an impact by collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team to best meet the individual needs of our patients and their families.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
RNCMs are required to assist with on-call for holidays. One summer and one winter holiday

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
